Job Requirement
- Engineering degree in Agriculture/Water (at least Master’s) or equivalent title.
- At least 5 years of experience in a specialized position in one of the sectors concerned;
- At least 3 years of experience in a bilateral or multilateral development partner or a civil society organization;
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in project management (financial and technical) in at least one of the sectors concerned;
- Strong technical and financial analytical skills in one of the sectors concerned;
- Ability to write clear and synthetic reports and analytical notes;
- Good understanding of development opportunities and constraints in Ethiopia in the sectors concerned;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel.
- Good relationship and aptitude with partners and customers;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and independently;
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, including written, English and Amharic; knowledge of French would be a plus
