Key responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, coordinating and lead the activities of the Finance Department; ensure proper management of assets of the association and the preparation of financial reports.
- Prepares bank reconciliation statement, payroll reconciliation, payable and receivable schedules for approval on monthly basis.
- Maintain employee personal files and records in an organized manner and prepare timely HR reports as required;
- Updating the information of the members of the association and monitoring and payment of monthly contributions to make it happen.
- Finding sources of income for the association and submitting proposals to the officers for approval and Login to the application
