Job Requirement
Customer Service Officer Posts
- A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer on IFB Window/Branch. Certification in IFB related trainings is an advantage.
Senior Customer Service Officer Posts
- A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of discipline.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2-year service as Customer Service Officer on IFB Window/Branch. Certification in IFB related trainings is an advantage.
