Required skills
Handling cash receipt and petty cash;
- Closing year financials;
- Account receivable collections;
- Assist with preparations for audits;
- Assist in the development of the company’s annual budget;
- Prepare and/or assist with quarterly report;
- Sales tax, commercial rent tax, VAT;
- Safeguard and secure all financial records of the company;
- Recording cash transactions related to Accounts Receivable;
- Prepare and declare taxes;
- Prepare cash register payment
Marketing and Sales Manager Post
Required skills
- Functioning as a team leader and coordinator of the sales and marketing department;
- Discovering prospects and creating pitches that encourage clients that will place advertisements using a wide variety of sources;
- Preparing pitches for new clients to inform of the benefits of radio advertising and to educate on the types of advertising available;
- Working with clients to choose ad lengths, duration of advertising, and times lots for ads to run that fit the client’s budget restrictions;
- Creating case studies for existing or former clients that can be used to encourage new client conversions;
- Ensuring compliance with the current Ethiopian Media Policy, Ethiopian
- Advertisement Proclamation and Ethiopian Media Authority regulations and directives;
- Preparing contracts for advertising space sold to clients;
- Working as a liaison between the client and the team creating the ad to ensure that all campaigns and ads are satisfactory and effective;
- Working in cohesion with the technical team and ad traffic team
- Working closely with content producers and editorial department on marketing and sales related issues;
- Preparing weekly and monthly report that will be provided to the CEO.
