Full Details
Accountant (Grade – Accountant II) Posts
- BA degree in Accounting with 3 years experience. Or Diploma in Accounting with 6 years experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accountancy within the NGO or civil society sector.
- Experience of working in an international group and/or multicultural environment is an asset.
- Highly developed organizational and logistical skills
- Excellent knowledge of quick Books, and Excel
- Knowledge of Belgian legislation and accountancy standards and norms
- Knowledge of Belgian legislation and accountancy standards and norms
- Knowledge and experience in the NGO sector
- Good Command of English
Community Development Officer Posts
- MSC/BSC in Public Health or Nursing, with practical work experience in community mobilization. Work Experience in Health-related posts in NGOs is mandatory.
- Certification with CLTs and other short-term training on Hygiene and sanitation, community mobilization, and participatory rural appraisal.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience, with demonstrable practical work experience with rural communities.
- Good command of Afan Oromo is mandatory. The dependable capacity of writing reports in the English language with excellent interpersonal skills.
