Job Requirement
Required Qualification and Skills
- MA/BA degree in Business Management/ Accounting and Finance/Management or related field.
- Good knowledge of organizations’ structures, enterprise risk management and internal controls
- Knowledge in auditing, internal audit standards, fraud awareness, and professional ethical standards.
- Ability to work alone and to plan and execute audit projects with minimum supervision and to complete work within required deadlines
- Knowledge of the business objectives and processes of school systems
- Ability to think “outside the box” and apply creative and constructive thinking to proposed recommendations for improvements to internal processes controls, procedures, and policies
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills in proposing well-founded conclusions
- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
Work Experience:
- Overall work experience of at least 6 years as an internal or external auditor
