01. Risk Analyst 01 BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields. Minimum proven banking experience of four (4) years. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
02. Risk Manager 01 MA/ MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields Minimum proven banking experience of Six (6) years for Masters and eight (8) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA two (2) years and BA (3) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions is required.
03. Division Manager CRM 01 MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields Minimum proven banking experience of Six (6) years for Masters and eight (8) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA two (2) years and BA (3) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions is required.
04. Corporate Analyst 01 BA degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields. Minimum proven banking experience of four (4) years. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
05. Retail CRM 01 MA/ MBA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields Minimum proven banking experience of Six (6) years. In addition, at least two (2) years of experience in supervisory positions is necessary. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
06. Corporate CRM 01 MA/ MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields. Minimum proven banking experience of Six (6) years for Masters and eight (8) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA two (2) years and BA (3) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions is required.
07. Branch Manager 01 MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields. Banking operation experience of Four (4) years for Masters and six (6) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA two (2) years and BA (3) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions is required.
08. Customer Service Officer 08 BA degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields. Banking operation experience of at-least two (2) years as a Customer Service Officer. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
09. Branch Operation Supervisor 02 BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields. Banking operation experience of Four (4) years in branch and accounts operation. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
10. Customer Service Supervisor 01 BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields. Banking operation experience of Four (4) years as a Customer Service Officer & Cash Operations. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
11. Branch Manager 05 MA/ MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields. Banking operation experience of Four (4) years for Masters and six (6) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA two (2) years and BA (3) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions is required.
