Livelihood Project Coordinator Post
Education and Experience
- Minimum MSc Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Economics, Cooperatives Development, livelihood, rural Development &related fields with 5 years’ experience as project officer in the area of livelihood. NGO experience is advantageous.
Competency
- Ability to work outside, stand, and walk, for extended periods.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and other software.
- Exceptional active listening, speaking and written communication skills in English language.
- Ability to drive motor bike
- Ability to communicate with local languages
- Have positive team spirit and maintain strong relationships with staff
- Good communication (oral and written) skills in English; knowledge of Guragigna is advantageous.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution skills.
- Good partnership development skills.
- Willingness to work off hours and weekends.

Livestock Development Officer Post

- Bachelor/ Master degree in Livestock Development, Animal Science, or a related field;
- 5 years’ experience on relevant positions for BSc and 3 years’ experience on relevant positions for MSc
