your profile

  • Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration or a comparable area, with a focus on finances and controlling
  • Experience in personnel management and leadership
  • Many years of experience as a (senior) finance manager or in comparable positions in an international context
  • Experience to build capacity in staff
  • Engagement, team spirit, reliability, diplomatic skills, gender competence and intercultural understanding-Strategic and analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and ability to prioritize
  • High resilience and ability to handle a demanding workload in a fragile context and sometimes ambiguous situations.
  • Business fluent English

Your tasks

  • You lead managers and staff in accordance with the principles of the company and ensure a positive leadership culture
  • You coordinate and steer complex topics and processes, recognize respective challenges and demonstrate ways to meet them
  • You manage the change process within your unit and develop the organizational structures and processes to meet the needs of stakeholders within the cluster
  • You support and advise the management of the cluster in all aspects of administration and finance
  • You create, manage and solution-focused processes and interfaces between projects in the cluster, between clusters and with the country office
  • You prepare for and follow-up on internal and external audits
  • You ensure compliant administrative and financial processes also in the implementation regions of the projects and find solutions for remote management in these regions
  • You coordinate the annual budgeting process between projects of the cluster and the country office
