Job Description
- Production Accounting:
- Coordination of production entries in tally
- Checking of production entries in tally
- Back up papers of production entries
- Month end reports in tally
- Raw material/Finished Goods / WIP (SFG) Correctness
- Month End stock Taking
- Physical Stock – Book Stock Tallying
- Factory Expenses to scrutinized as per various parameters
- Finalization of Accounts:
- HRMS & PAYROLL
- Manage Masters / Overtime Roasters
- Payroll checking/verifying/ attendance on daily basis in HRMS
- Overtime checking of attendance in system & calculation
- Manage users in system HRMS/Tally
