Job Responsibility
- Analyzing existing operations, staffs & financial documents & recommending improvement
- Preparing plans & schedule for planting & harvesting& ensuring staffs under stands expectation
- Visiting the different division to inspect crops & also perform tests & soil, water
- Ensure fertilizers, pesticides & other supplies are regularly restocks
- Scheduling repairs maintenance & replacement of equipment & machinery
- Insuring all staffs adhere to health safety regulations
Job Requirement
- BSc in agriculture, horticulture or equivalent
- Have at least 5 years’ experience of field experience in tomato production
- Experience in growing Tomatoes on a large scale
- Extensive experience in farming related field
- Excellent problem-solving analytical & critical thinks skill
- The ability to make decision in stressful environment
- Suburb communication &interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Tomatoes seeds selection
- Good knowledge of Tomatoes season in Ethiopia
- Excellent knowledge of Tomatoes crop rotation
