Responsibilities:
- Manage cash transactions accurately and maintain records
- Provide administrative support to the Association’s Office.
- Manage and maintain files, records, and databases
- Answer phone calls and handle correspondence
- Prepare reports, memos, and letters
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Management, Accounting and Finance, or related fields
- Multilingual is advantageous.
- Relevant work experience is desirable
- Good knowledge of computer operations, typing in English and Amharic, and knowledge of one or more accounting software is advantageous.
- Gender: Female
